Niche Books loves to champion authors and their writing. It’s not always possible for us to stock your books, and we always want to make sure it’s a good partnership for both of us! Here are some guidelines:

• We don’t ever buy books from Amazon. If that is the only way to buy your book, we will unfortunately be unable to carry it.
• Buying at wholesale prices from authors are part of what makes our business sustainable. Standard discount is 40%.
• Having your book listed on Ingram is a huge plus – that makes it easier for us to buy, should it prove a good fit for our customer base.
• Niche Books does not buy books on consignment.
• When you fill out the form, please include a brief description of the book, who your target buyer is, how you distribute, and whether you are local to MN or the MSP south metro. We get lots of messages from authors and are often unable to do extra research for requests with incomplete information due to time constraints.
• We would love to be able to respond to every request we get, but we may not be able to.
• If you come in store to pitch your book, please ask if we have time to chat before beginning your pitch.
